Synthesia Tutorial: Create AI Videos for Marketing in Minutes

Overview

This guide reproduces the end-to-end workflow shown in the video: sign in to Synthesia, start a new video, choose an AI presenter and language, input your script, build scenes, add visuals and music, preview, and render the final video for distribution.

Prerequisites

• An active Synthesia account with Studio access sufficient to render/export videos
• A ready script for your marketing message
• A browser and internet connection
• Optional brand assets (logo, fonts, colors) if you want branded visuals

Step-by-step instructions

1. Sign in to Synthesia Studio
2. Click the New Video button to start a project
3. Select an AI presenter (avatar) and the language/dialect for the voice
4. Decide on the project structure (single long video or multiple scenes) and create the first scene
5. Paste or type the script for the first scene in the script editor
6. Add additional scenes as needed and provide script for each one
7. For each scene, adjust visuals: add on-screen text, images, or video blocks, and set background or scene style
8. Customize branding: apply logo, colors, and fonts to match your brand
9. Add a background music track and adjust its volume to avoid overpowering narration
10. Preview the video to check pacing, timing, and pronunciation; make adjustments as needed
11. Render/export the video; choose resolution and format if options are shown
12. Download the finished MP4 or share it directly from Synthesia for publishing
